what do your session packages include?

Each package includes a 1.5 hour on-location portrait session, the photos from the session.

Can we do the session in my home?

Yes! I love in-home sessions so much, particularly if your home has lots of windows to let in the natural light. It's so much fun to capture your everyday life in the place you spend most of your time, and it will bring so much joy in later years, as you look back on the memories we've captured.

What do we do if the forecast predicts rain and we've planned an outdoor session? 

Living in Vancouver, I know all about rain!  I allow weather-related rescheduling up to 2 days before the session, since I recognize how unpredictable the forecast can be.  We can either reschedule, or we can find a covered place with lots of windows for our session. (I love doing sessions in your home, too.)  I also love shooting sessions in the rain (provided it's not a torrential downpour) so if you're up for that - so am I.

do you offer mini sessions?

Not usually. Very occasionally, I open up a few mini session spots, which I often announce on my instagram. So keep an eye out!

Do you shoot commercial work?

Yes! This is something I'm hoping to start focusing on more, so if you are interested in collaborating on commercial work (particularly with children's brands) please send me an email. I would love to talk with you!

Do you shoot weddings or engagements?

No. But thank you for asking!

Do you photograph events or large groups?

I don't.

Do I have to pay extra to own the digital files from my session?

Absolutely not.  All of my session rates include a lovely online gallery with the high-resolution, fully-edited images, so that you can own them forever and print them as many times as you'd like.

Will you edit the photos from my session? 

Yes; I will never deliver un-edited files to you.  However, while creating beautiful, timeless images for you, I also like to preserve the natural beauty of your photographs, and so I don't use heavy photoshop.  I will give you a selection of colour and black & white photos when I deliver your files.
